Requirements
- Learned Blizzard; the source records its first rank at level 20. Each higher rank must be learned separately.
Known limitations
- Research-supported design for beta 1.60.1.70009; no recorded in-client macro tests. English spell names require localization on other clients.
- While a player channel is active, guarded casts do nothing. To change channel or target immediately, stop the channel manually; this is not a proc, resource or rotation decision.
- You still place the ground reticle manually. No @cursor or automatic enemy placement is claimed. Area damage can break crowd control.
Notes
