Requirements

  • Learned Vampiric Embrace; the source records its first rank at level 30. Each higher rank must be learned separately.
  • An actual point in the Vampiric Embrace talent (Shadow) and its prerequisites; selecting a recommended spec alone does not grant it.

Known limitations

  • Research-supported design for beta 1.60.1.70009; no recorded in-client macro tests. English spell names require localization on other clients.
  • The first matching target branch wins; an out-of-range, line-of-sight, immune or otherwise invalid recipient does not fall through to another target.
  • This is the sourced enemy debuff that enables healing from your Shadow damage, not a self-targeted retail cooldown.
